Shipping within New Zealand. Free shipping throughout New Zealand. Once your order has been placed it will take 2-5 working days for printing and an additional 3-5 days for delivery by New Zealand Post. We will email you the tracking number once the artwork is on its way.

International Shipping for Fine Art Prints Worldwide shipping NZD $39.00 using New Zealand Post. Once your order has been placed it will take 2-5 working days for printing, and an estimated additional 5-12 working days for shipping depending on your destination. Actual shipping time may vary. We will email you the tracking number once the artwork is on its way.

Each country has their own regulatory and tax rules thar apply to import goods. You are solely responsible for compliance with these rules. You may be subject to an additional charge when you receive the artwork.

Please get in touch about all original artworks. The costs for shipping will depend on size, weight and location.

What quality are the limited-edition prints? Each print comes signed and numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity. The images are printed on German Etch, cotton based acid free, 310gsm archival art paper made by Hahnemuehle in Germany.

What quality are the open edition prints? The artwork is printed on Epson Cold Press – archival paper using Epson SureColor P20070 with Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks.

How to handle the artwork with care? Art prints size A2 and larger are rolled in a protective tube. We recommend that you use a professional framer to unroll your print to avoid any damage.

If you are framing the artwork yourself, we recommend that you:

  • lay your print on a large flat surface;
  • place protective paper on top of the print; and
  • cover it with a weight / heavy books.

The weight should be evenly distributed across the print. Leave the weight on top of the print for as long as a week for maximum effectiveness. Always handle your artwork by the border of the print to avoid damaging it. Please be aware and careful when handling prints with a black background, as it easily shows dust and fingerprints.

Return Policy It is important to us that you are happy with the artwork you have purchased. Please get in touch within the first two weeks after receiving the artwork if you are not satisfied. If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage and make contact immediately. We will then be able to replace and resend the art print you have ordered.

Privacy Policy The information we gather from subscribers to our email newsletters (including email addresses) is not shared with other parties. We will not disclose your email address to any third parties without your consent. Sarah Albisser Art does not disclose buyers information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

Data collected is only used to:

a. take and fulfil your orders. b. administer and enhance the site and service. c. for order delivery by the courier company.
